To support your health and mental wellbeing during the National Lockdown, we’ve been working behind the scenes to develop new online Dance Fitness classes for everyone.
Dance Fitness classes are unique experience, which combines fitness & dance together! It’s a high intensive dance and fitness class mixing Zumba, Hip-Hop, Dancehall styles and physical bodyweight workout, divided into different tracks that provide peaks and troughs of intensity. Each class includes a dynamic warm-up, main dancing cardio part along with the hottest music, bodyweight exercises and cool-down with stretching.
Do you enjoy dancing, but not sure about your dancing skills? Want to get a great body and feel healthy without going to the gym? If your answer is "yes'', our class is the perfect solution. You can burn calories and learn new dancing steps with our best certified fitness coach. Taking part in Dance Fitness classes regularly will increase your agility, transform your body and boost your confidence.
Whether you hope to lose weight or tone up (or even if you just get bored of doing the same thing too much), you’ll get the results you want faster by keeping your body challenged. Mix up your regime by doing different classes, the more you do, the more you keep your body on its toes!

Price: £3 per session or £20 for whole month (8 sessions).
